Refund Policy

Updated 5/26/2026

This Refund Policy governs the circumstances under which refunds may be issued in connection

with transactions conducted through the MoneyTrans Services. It is intended to preserve transaction

integrity, ensure compliance with financial network requirements, and prevent misuse of the

platform.

Use of the Services constitutes acknowledgment that transactions are processed within a third-party

financial ecosystem and that refund availability is limited accordingly.

1. General Principles

Transactions initiated through the Services are, by default, final once authorized and submitted for

processing. Refunds are not guaranteed and are not a standard feature of the Services. Any refund is

discretionary, subject to review, and dependent on the status of the transaction and the requirements

of third-party financial institutions involved. The existence of this Policy does not create any

entitlement to a refund.

2. Limited Circumstances for Consideration

A refund may be considered only where MoneyTrans determines that a transaction was not

completed as intended or requires correction. This may include situations involving duplicate

transactions, incorrect transaction amounts resulting from a system or processing error, transactions

that were successfully canceled prior to settlement, or technical failures that resulted in incomplete

processing.

Refunds may also be issued where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or financial

network rules. Transactions that have been properly authorized and completed are not eligible for

refund.

3. Third-Party Dependencies

All transactions processed through the Services rely on financial institutions, payment processors,

and related service providers. Refund determinations may be subject to the rules, policies, and

operational constraints of these third parties, including issuing banks, card networks, and settlement

systems.

MoneyTrans does not control these processes and may be unable to issue or complete a refund even

where a request is otherwise reasonable.

4. Review and Discretion

All refund requests are subject to internal review. MoneyTrans reserves the right to approve, deny,

delay, or condition any refund request in its sole discretion. This includes circumstances where

review is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, investigate potential fraud or

misuse, or protect the integrity of the platform.

MoneyTrans may withhold or offset refunds where activity is determined to be inconsistent with

applicable rules or indicative of abuse.

5. Refund Destination

Approved refunds will be returned to the original funding source whenever possible. Where the

original method is unavailable, MoneyTrans may, in its discretion, return funds through an

alternative method following verification and compliance review. Refunds will not be issued through

unverified or unsupported channels.

6. Processing Timeframes

Refund processing begins only after approval has been completed. Actual receipt of funds is

dependent on the processing timelines of third-party financial institutions and payment networks.

Delays may occur due to settlement cycles, verification requirements, or coordination with service

providers. MoneyTrans is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

7. Refund Requests

Users must submit refund requests through official support channels and provide sufficient

information to identify and evaluate the transaction. MoneyTrans may require additional

documentation or identity verification before processing a request. Failure to provide requested

information may result in denial.

8. Fees and Adjustments

Approved refunds will be issued for the net transaction amount. Fees incurred in connection with a

completed transaction, including service, processing, or network fees, are non-refundable except

where required by law. Partial refunds may be issued where only a portion of a transaction qualifies.

9. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are initiated through the user’s issuing bank and are governed by the user’s agreement

with that institution. If a chargeback is initiated in connection with a pending refund request,

MoneyTrans may suspend or terminate the refund process pending resolution. Attempts to pursue

duplicative recovery through both a refund request and a chargeback may result in account

restriction or termination.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

MoneyTrans is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete user-provided

information, actions or delays by third-party providers, or changes in account status. Under no

circumstances will any refund exceed the original transaction amount.

11. Changes to this Policy

MoneyTrans may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory

changes. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes

acceptance of the revised Policy.
