Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all use of MoneyTrans services, including its

platform, applications, APIs, and related systems (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is

intended to ensure that all activity conducted through the Services complies with applicable law,

financial network requirements, and MoneyTrans’ internal risk and compliance standards.

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Any violation constitutes a breach and may result in

immediate enforcement action. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services

complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as

approval of any particular activity.

MoneyTrans reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services

constitutes acceptance of any revised version.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all users of the Services, including individuals, businesses, partners, developers,

and any party accessing MoneyTrans systems. It applies to all activity conducted through the

platform, including any transaction initiated, processed, or facilitated through the Services.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services in connection with any activity that violates applicable law, regulatory

requirements, or financial network rules.

Prohibited activities include:

(a) Illegal or Restricted Activity - Use of the Services in connection with unlawful goods or

services, controlled substances, stolen property, unauthorized access tools, weapons or regulated

components, counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement, obscene or unlawful content, or

fraudulent financial schemes.

(b) Fraud or Misrepresentation - Activity involving false, misleading, or incomplete information,

misuse of identities or payment credentials, attempts to circumvent verification or monitoring

systems, impersonation of any person or entity, or operation of schemes designed to deceive or

defraud.

(c) Regulatory Evasion - Attempts to evade legal or regulatory oversight, including unlicensed

financial activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection or reporting, use of the platform

inconsistent with financial network rules, or transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or

jurisdictions.

(d) Unsafe or Non-Compliant Commerce - Transactions involving goods not in the possession or

control of the seller, undisclosed third-party processing, or business models that present elevated

risk without appropriate disclosure or approval.

3. Activities Requiring Prior Approval

Certain categories of activity may only be conducted with prior written approval and may be subject

to enhanced review. These may include transportation services, charitable or donation-based

organizations, high-value goods, marketplace or platform models, multi-level marketing structures,

and services involving user-generated or publicly distributed content.

Approval may be conditioned, limited, or withdrawn at any time. Failure to obtain or maintain

required approval may result in immediate restriction or termination.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your account is lawful, properly

disclosed, and consistent with this Policy. You must provide accurate information, comply with

applicable AML, KYC, sanctions, and financial network requirements, maintain appropriate records,

and avoid conduct that may impair the integrity or security of the Services.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

MoneyTrans actively monitors activity through automated and manual systems designed to detect

fraud, suspicious conduct, regulatory violations, and misuse of the Services. MoneyTrans reserves

the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action necessary to protect the platform or comply with

applicable obligations. This includes suspending or terminating accounts, delaying, blocking,

reversing, or canceling transactions, placing holds on funds, requesting documentation, and

reporting activity to financial institutions, regulators, or law enforcement.

Action may be taken preemptively, including prior to completion of a transaction, where risk

indicators are identified or where required to comply with legal or network requirements. Such

action may occur without prior notice.

6. Reporting Violations

Violations of this Policy may be reported to:

7. Enforcement Measures

Violations may result in immediate and cumulative action, including suspension or termination of

access, withholding or forfeiture of funds to the extent permitted by law, recovery of prior payments,

referral to regulators or law enforcement, and pursuit of legal remedies. MoneyTrans reserves all

rights available under applicable law.

8. Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy operates in conjunction with the Terms of Service and other applicable policies. In the

event of conflict, the Terms of Service shall control unless otherwise required by law.

9. Updates

MoneyTrans may update this Policy at any time. Updates are effective upon posting.
